What I liked best about working with Tina was her overall professionalism and genuinely friendly attention. She held our hands every step of the process, and we consider ourselves very fortunate to have found such a thorough and engaging agent. We started our Portland search from out-of-state and she educated us on the market & areas; our timeline was pushed back a couple months and she stayed with us like no time had passed; our financing level kept dropping and she adjusted on-the-fly with no weariness. In short, she kept us going! She is incredibly knowledgeable and spotted every big issue on two houses for which we had inspections - amazing. She found us a large old house in the inner north within our budget that meets all the needs on our checklist. We have everything we wanted and are supremely happy with our new home. In short, Tina is a master agent. I cannot think of anything she could have done to make our experience or our home a better fit.
